Day by day I experience the manyfold benefits of spending time outdoors. I believe that the healing power of Nature is available for everyone. We so much need it to restore and to maintain our inner harmony. This connection grounds and strengthens us during these uncertain times.
As much as we need to be in touch with life around us, our planet needs us in return to regenerate Nature around us. We can experience our interconnectedness with this complex living system, our Earth. If we cultivate this relationship by daily practices, it may lead us to live an ecologically sound and fulfilled life.
As a response to the overuse of the natural resources of our planet I dream about a world where humanity lives in harmony with all life on Earth.
I believe this more beautiful life is possible and that inner transformation is an important element of the path leading us there. We need a shift in consciousness and a change of lifestyle. We are transitioning from the present society which is degenerative in many ways towards a regenerative culture. We may gain inner strength to change our lifestyle from increased self-care, self acceptance and by cooperating with others. We need to take care of ourselves in order to fuel our actions for a better world.
