Do you live a fast-paced urban life with a long to-do list?
Then you may like to take time off walking in the woods, hiking on a hill or visiting a lakeside. Spending time outdoors takes you out of the fast rhythm and plugs you into the harmony of Nature. This connection has healing properties, may support you in finding your inner balance.
As much as you enjoy being in touch with Nature, our Earth needs you in return to start taking care of her. You can experience in many ways your connectedness with this complex, living system, our planet. This connection nourishes and grounds us in the present uncertainty of ecological crisis.
If you are here, you may search for ways to build a daily routine of healing connection with Nature, the more than human world. My aim is to support you in this.
Please do look around here. You are warmly welcome at my forest bathings, held in the mountains surrounding Budapest, mainly in the Pilis.
If you need more in depth work, I recommend you the group work section, happy to facilitate all groupworks in English for English-speaking groups. I also offer one-on-one counselling in Nature in English. If you are looking for more and would like to actively get involved in Nature protection, I am happy to connect you to activits groups in Hungary.
